- Clients must be 18 years or older or accompanied by an adult.
- Treatments are not suitable on areas with blonde, white, grey or red hair and very dark skin.
- Treatments are not suitable for pregnant women or women who are breastfeeding.
- Treatment not suitable for those with certain medical conditions on photo-sensitising drugs.
- You must not sunbake, use sunbeds or use fake tan for 2 weeks prior to treatment.

- Treatments are not transferable to other treatment areas, or to treatment at other Hairfree centres.
- An area is the part of the body being treated, which is predefined by the Hairfree centre where treatment is being performed.
- Arriving late will shorten treatment time.
- 24 hours notice required for cancellation or rescheduling, or you will be charges 50% of the scheduled treatment cost.
- After the first session, refunds are only available for valid medical reasons or extenuating circumstances at the discretion of the Hairfree centre where you treatment is being performed.
- Clients who do not shave a maximum of 2 days before their treatment will incur a $35 shaving fee, payable on the day.
- Custom quotes offered are valid for only 3 days.
- Appointments must be conducted at the same Hairfree centre as your initial appointment.
- Prepayment may be required to secure special prices. All special offers are not available in conjunction with any other special offers.
- A full refund (including transaction fees) is offered to prepaid clients who are found to be unsuitable for permanent hair reduction during the initial consultation.
