Hairfree Plus Terms & Conditions

First (Or Sixth) Treatment Free is subject to the following:

• We recommend at least six treatments.
• If the client has a credit card and wishes to have their First Treatment Free they must sign a consent form with authority to charge their credit card for the first treatment should they fail to attend the following five treatment sessions. The credit card must have an expiry date of no less than nine months from the date of the first treatment.
• If the client does not have a credit card, or does not want to sign up for First Treatment Free they can pay for the first five treatments (at the time of each treatment) and receive the sixth free.
• The First or Sixth Treatment Free offer is Only Available to NEW clients or to existing clients starting a new treatment area.
• All six treatments must be conducted at the same Hairfree centre to be valid.
• This offer may be used in conjunction with Refer a Friend program

Gift Vouchers are subject to the following:

• Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or specials.
• May not be used on a current treatment area.
• Can not be redeemed for cash.
• Vouchers must be presented at the time of your treatment for redemption and only one voucher can be used per treatment.
• Vouchers are unable to be replaced if lost.

Refer A Friend is subject to the following:

• You must be an existing client of Hairfree when you refer a friend.
• All referred friends must be a new client to Hairfree to enable both yourself & your friend to qualify for the $25 voucher.
• Voucher(s) will be applied automatically to your next payment once your friend has received their first treatment.
• Your friend’s voucher will automatically be applied to their first payment unless they choose to have their First Treatment Free, IF applicable, in which case it will be applied to the second treatment. There is no limit to the amount of vouchers that can be earned by referring friends.

• The Hairfree Promotional Cheque entitles the bearer to their First Treatment Free, as per the First Treatment Free terms and conditions, AND also $25.00 discount off their second treatment. (If sixth treatment free decided upon instead of first, then the $25.00 may be applied to the first treatment instead).
• Only ONE cheque is valid per client.
• The client is still entitled to participate in the Refer A Friend promotion.

Advertised prices are subject to the following:

• An area is the part of the body being treated, which is predefined by Hairfree Plus.
• A certain number of `flashes' are allocated to each area. The number of flashes is based on a small framed person.
• If the area to be treated is larger than the predefined area, and extra flashes are required, they will be charged at $2.50 per flash. This will be discussed with you and a quote will be given at your consultation.
• If an area is advertised at a specific price, then the number of flashes required to cover the defined area will be carried out at no extra cost. If the area to be treated extends past the defined special area, then extra flashes will be charged at $2.50 per flash.

• Bookings must be made prior to the 4th of July

• Credit card details are required to secure a booking
• If 24 hours notice is not provided for Cancelling or Rescheduling an appointment, I authorise this Hairfree Centre to charge 50% of the treatment price to my credit card
• All treatments must be conducted in the same Hairfree Centre
• Credit card must be valid for 9 months after the first treatment date, or a new credit card number must be presented and recorded when applicable
